Beach Luxury Hotel

The staff needs to learn manners, needs training on how corporate bookings are done and above all treat their guests with respect instead of harassing them. Never in my life I'm going to opt for this hotel!

The sole reason for selecting this hotel is the location, waterfront, neighbourhood, and a good restaurant.

They can make their charges a bit lower or make a loyalty program for their regular visitors, as the room charges are on the higher side compared to the offered level of facilities.

Nothing specific to mention. I have visited this property many times before and am already very familiar with it.

The room was just average. Despite clearly providing information and a request regarding my son’s marriage in September 2025 at the time of booking, no action was taken. The room was very small, and the bed was uncomfortable. It appears that the request was either ignored or not taken seriously. Internet service very poor, we had to switch to roaming. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to family members or friends.

From breakfast, to the hospitable staff to the scenic beach views, it's been a wonderful experience always!

Location has always been the only challenge with this property because of the single way in and out towards the rest of the city, especially during tanker strikes/road blockages which are a major inconvenience!

The room they gave us on the very first day was bad, bad smell around the room

Despite multiple requests, the Wi-Fi issue was never resolved. The Wi-Fi rarely worked, and I had to rely on my phone hotspot for internet, which cost me an additional $50.Neither the room phone nor the restroom phone worked from the day I checked in until I left on December 23, 2025, despite repeated complaints. No one took ownership of the issues, not even the duty manager, and customer service was far below expectations. The room and the surrounding area also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.I stayed for 26 days and paid approximately $2,750, but the overall experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Beach Luxury Hotel is a really nice place. The environment is peaceful, the staff is friendly, and the service is good. Rooms are neat and comfortable with a great sea view. It’s a good choice for both family and business stays.

The floors are nice and clean and the staff is always courteous. Specially the front desk.

I’ve stayed here so many times but this has been the worst experience. There are so many things.1. Mattresses need to be changed. You’ll wake up with a stiff hurting back aching and sore. I don’t know when was the last time they changes these mattresses.2. Very mediocre breakfast buffet menu. The amount of money they charge, it doesn’t coincide with that at all.3. They’re super stingy about checkout time. I was to leave for the airport at 1pm and I asked the front desk lady requesting if I could leave the room at 1pm but she refused, saying the checkout has to be made before 12pm and the same was repeated by the guy at the front desk when I came downstairs. And then kept waiting in the lobby. Small thing but shows the respect and courtesy you’d have for your guests and specially those who’ve stayed at your premises multiple times.4. Without my permission the cleaning staff entered my room and so called cleaned the room. And by that, I mean making my bed again without changing the bedsheets and without cleaning the toilet and just placing a new set of shaving kit and dental kit. I did not have the service my room tag placed outside the door and still they entered without my permission or even informing me. To add further, the dirty soaking wet cloth was left on my luggage and when I returned to my room, the luggage was all wet ?5. Their security incharge guy (forgot his name) lacks basic manners. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I was shocked the way he behaved the second day of my stay. I understand that they worry about security (apparently) I was shocked to hear him ordering me to open my laptop bag for checking despite the fact that the housekeeping staff standing next to him kept telling him, he’s our guest and staying in the room. I asked him, how do you check ladies’ bags, he responded “through metal detector”. This made me very upset and I asked him why he was searching mine and what was he searching for.

When I booked, the booking said my card was going to be charged ahead of my stay. I was booking for someone else and I didn't want them to go through the hassle of payment etc. The hotel or the website never charged my card. I asked them to charge my card like it's written in my booking but the hotel said they will take cash on arrival WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO. I had to send my friend into the hotel to pay cash then.It was very inconvenient.

Room was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Breakfast service was prompt and efficient.

The ambiance is very good, everything is nearby. Moin bhai is an excellent personality who helped me a lot in my stay. I will surely book it again.

2 people from our group had severe diarrhoea which occured after eating mutton karahi from the hotel. we didnt consume any outside food nor we went out from the hotel. it led to hospitalization of both
